How do I get my site reviewed?
We specialize in assessing online service value for consumers, so it is in your best interest that we cover a wide range of online businesses. We are constantly adding new categories and reviews to ICR with no restrictions. If you have an online business and or know of one you would like to see on our site, contact us today.
Can I get my site reviewed again after site updates?
If your site did not meet our experts expectations on the first review completed, a request to review your website again can be sent thought our Contact Us page. Be sure to accurately stat what changes have been made to ensure your site is now up to the standards we have outlined on the Review Guidelines page.
Who writes these reviews?
Our trained team of professionals put forth their greatest efforts to provide the best in consumer reporting making sure all the guidelines are met. There are no biased views and each review is clearly assessed before being posted.

You sure can, in fact we urge you to submit any suggestions you any have for ICR, and along with feedback we also encourage users to submit Reviews of their own. Learn how.
Seal of Approval
How do I get a seal?
Once our experts feel that a site has either met or exceeded our service standards, we then rank each website using a 0-5 seal ranking system, 5 being the highest. Websites that achieve a rank of 5 will be entitled to display our numbered Seal of Approval on their website.
Login and Registration Issues
How do I login?
A user may only be able to log into our system if they have been set up with a password by us. Only companies that have been awarded a seal of approval have access to information in the accounts that we have provided. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders. Once you have your login details you can login here.
I forgot my password
Forgetting your password is fine. In order to get this information, please verify in your email that you did not already receive the confirmation email sent by our server. This email will detail all account information needed. If something however has happened to that email, you may contact us in regards with the proper email address to use and another email will be sent from there.
What do you do with my personal information?
Your personal information is only available to our staff. We do not sell or rent any information to outside companies nor do we post any of your personal information on our website.
